CBZ's Red Sphere to speak at WEDO Business Conference

 Rugare Makumbe is the Head of Operations at Red Sphere Finance a Subsidiary of CBZ Holdings. She is an enthusiastic young professional and talent management advocate. With more than 12 years in the Finance Industry and remarkable experience in MFI and SME lending, treasury operations, Retail banking, Credit Operations and Credit  management. Rugare has held various positions at Banc Abc and Homelink where she was involved in in the startup and transformation of existing Microfinance Institutions and trebling the loan books in the process. Rugare will be speaking at the WEDO Business Conference highlighting what Red Sphere Finance is doing in promoting women empowerment. How women entrepreneurs can partner the organization for socioeconomic development.

Like every human organ, Hatfield Elite Academy went through growing pains. After three years of steady growing pains, the school held its first Patron and Parents’ Speech and Prize Giving Day. Patron and Parents Day brings together parents, students, and staff to celebrate the achievements of the year and honor students and staff who have distinguished themselves. This year was special because it was the first time all interested parties had been able to come together.
