The Studio will be broadly hosting programs that contributes to reaching out to its targeted audience through digital interventions like digital conversations, talk shows, documentaries, dialogues and street youths. Inaugural Youth Business Expo held in Masvingo

By Rutendo Mambume The Youth Business occurred at Masvingo Civic Centre on 11 November 2022 with the young exhibitors expressing optimism that the expo will provide them with diverse opportunities to help their business grow and expand. Organised by the Administrative Officer Youth Development and Empowerment department under Ministry of Youth, Sports, Arts and Recreation with the support of Masvingo City Council, the gathering was running under the theme, ”Revitalising And Empowering Youth in Business Across Value Chain” . The Administrative Officer Youth, Godwin Mazarire, who is the organizer of the event said that the expo was one of the measures taken inorder to empower the youth by facilitating a platform to network, showcase and market their products. ”Our youth should be cognisant of the fact that they are the majority of our population demography hence we cannot talk of economic development without involving them,” he said. The well-known land developer who owns several lodges and shopping malls in Masvingo says he and others are trying to utilize space in the suburb in order to show the merits of developing land.  “We are trying to teach Zimbabweans on the value of real estate as opposed to most insurance schemes and policies so that we emancipate ourselves from economic slavery and economic inferiority,” he said.
